Helpers in the kitchen

We made some yummy pizzas today for lunch. I use a quick 30 min dough recipe from the one and only Toni D. It's tasty and quick, making pizza night a much more common thing here at our house.
Quick Pizza Dough
3 C flour
1 pkg active dry yeast
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp brown sugar
Mix all of the above
Add:
1 large egg
Add:
1 to 1 1/2 C warm water
Knead and cover for 1/2 hour to rise

We also made soft pretzels, I got the recipe here and it was really good and easy to make with the kids. The more butter and C&S sprinkled on top the more they ate!

We made some little pizzas tonight! Such a great idea! I didn't have time to make the dough, so I just thawed out some Rhodes rolls and used that. Turned out very yummy!

Looks yummy--what temp did you cook your pizzas at? You know me, I need specifics in the kitchen! Also, I don't think I ever got around to email your thanks for the cute ecard you sent for my birthday--I still have it saved and it makes me giggle. Thanks for thinking of me. I hope you are feeling much better than I am at this point--I don't know how many more pregnancies my body is going to be able to take :)!

Kelly, I'm the same way. The more specific the better. I just cooked them at 350 for maybe about 10 min. I really just watched them until the cheese was melted enough.Hope you can be comfortable this last month you have left!
