It's official!
We are officially homeowners! It needs a lot of work before we move in so we will be spending the next few weeks replacing, painting, ripping up, laying down, tearing down, building up. We can't wait to get started and if all goes as planned we'll be in just a few weeks before the baby comes. Tune in after a month or so for before and after pictures. I didn't want to put a picture of the outside on here but here is a glimpse into the inside teal paint, mauve wallpaper, and blue carpet - we love it!! What really sold us was the houses great potential and then the backyard and deck. We can't wait to get good use out of it all this summer.

Krissy I can't wait to see how you decorate this house. You always had such a cute house and now you have your own. Post pictures as soon as you get it done.
Where are you guys at? I am excited for you to have your first house! Those paint colors are dang funny. When we were looking at houses I loved the ones that were ugly but paintable! Most people will pass up a great deal that way and leave them for us.
