Spring Break

Last weekend was a fun road trip for us...great drive (minus little man's carsickness), good food, lots of smores, great camping (minus one night in tent city with ant infested cabin which will always be a memory), HUGE Redwood trees to see, petting a leopard shark, great weather including the rainstorm, fun hiking, awesome family to play with us, cool lighthouse, hours of rock searching, more hours of tide-pool fun...we can't wait for the next one!

The kids discovered this cool stump at our first campground.

Happy to be eating outside.Another cool stump at our first campground.
Little miss was in heaven playing outside all day.
Inside one of these massive beauties!
Not the biggest tree we saw but pretty close.
Searching for hidden treasures

This was the first beach we searched, so fun!

The Men comparing Agates

Just of a few of the shells that filled their ziplocs full.
During a hike along The Avenue of the Giants. (Lils was sleeping in the car during this one)

The cutest little tree house we ever did see!

It was windy but a fun spot to stop for lunch.
Happy Campers

Petting the sharks, so cool.

And last we have our surfer babes!

Love the pics! What a fun trip we had - can't wait for our next one! (What are we going to do to top it - might be hard to beat, except for harry Joe in Tent city, we can do without him! :)

Those are/were some big trees. It would be cool to see them in person I'm sure.

All the kids are growing so much. Lily especially is getting so big.

Speaking of big, I liked how Jack is showing that shark how to really open wide (relatively speaking of course.)
