We're having a great weekend with cousins. Here is Kate meeting her most recent Nephew for the first time. She has really had fun with him and I'm looking forward to seeing her with her own little baby sibling soon.

Jack watching the parade this morning. There were lots of horses and cool cars I thought he'd enjoy and half way through he came and tucked his head into me sad about something. Turns out he was wondering where all the candy was. Luckily before it was over they all got a few pieces. Isn't that really what watching parades is all about?

Jack and cousins waving to Smokey the Bear. We were all hot in shorts and a t-shirt, this person must have been boiling in that suit.

Ready for a ride. Everyone took a few rides around the pond. Jack thinks he is a lot older than he is and is so brave. I'm just glad he's content wearing that life jacket all day.

Even more than the paddle boat were the rides he got on this around the pond with Grandma. The little stinker put up a fight if anyone tried to get him off so he stayed on while the rest of the kids took turns. Made things easy for me - thanks Grandma!

Speaking of brave, there is such a difference in this little lady from what she would do last summer. She is cautious in the water but adventurous at the same time.

My sister is an amazing cake creator. At her daughter's request she whipped up this creation. I failed to get a before picture but you get hte idea from this pic that it was pretty cute.

And of course we had to document the final days. Hopefully this will be the picture we took the day before I went into labor, or at least the day before the day before I went into labor. I'm full term-3 days (according to me) full term-5 days according to my Dr.
