We had a lot of goodness come out of our garden this year. We (Ray and the kids) planted pumpkins, corn, tomatoes, radishes, broccoli, red peppers, peas, green beans, red, white and blue potatoes (red were our favorite but the blue made awesome potato chips), LOTS of carrots, cucumbers and strawberries. It was so fun to just go out and pick our dinner. Many summer nights our dinner was straight from the garden. The only thing that didn't work out was the broccoli, we'll have to give it a try again next year. Here it is early on...

And here are a few shots later on...The garden really helped the kids eat more veggies, while they played outside they would just pick the peas or the carrots and eat them raw

Nice pics you guys! Your garden looked amazing. I can't believe how much you did. Glad you had good weather too!!! This year COULD have been awesome... especially in the tomatoe department but we just got too much rain and not enough hot summer days. Oh well. Looks like store bought salsa for us this year!
