Here are the kids on one of their many bike rides these last few weeks. They've been troopers , this day got a little hot but they didn't complain once. Ray and I are both racing on Saturday, we'll let you know how it turns out.

Wow,good for you and Ray. Good luck and totally keep us posted. I've had my eye on getting one of those bike stollers!! Looks so fun for the kids!

that R2D2 box is soooooo cool. Fun, times in the states I'll tell ya. They think of the coolest things. Can't wait to hear how the run goes. Speaking of running, Russ and I should be doing some sort of activity to keep us in shape. Hopefully soon - I hope!
